Cognitive Cow

I recently received my B.S. in Computer Science from UMass Amherst. I am just starting work at a little company called EMC. I find large prime numbers fascinating, I often pet strange dogs, I am double jointed, and I am an atheist, secular humanist, empiricist, and I loathe post-modernism.

Outside of work, I like doing web design. If you couldn’t tell already, I designed Cognitive Cow. As it turns out, I also have a life outside of computers! I’m a guitarist and saxophonist but I am not currently in any bands. I am quite interested in music theory, philosophy, and number theory but I am not a master of any of them.

I’m a big fan of open source and UNIX. My main computer is a Apple Mac Pro. My server, which hosts this web site, is running Gentoo Linux.

I am currently living in Boston, Massachusetts.
